Trivia Night

** ANNOUNCEMENT **  No RPO Trivia Night 2021 Due to Pandemic **

Due to the COVID pandemic, the Rogers Parent Organization is not able to host Trivia Night or the silent auction this year. We will greatly miss our annual parents' night of fun and fundraising for our school community. We truly appreciate everyone’s support year after year. It was a very difficult decision because Trivia Night is our largest fundraiser. Donations of any size are always accepted and greatly appreciated so we can continue to support our great school. So far this year the RPO has purchased touchless water bottle fillers for the school, mask lanyards for the students, supported teacher grants, provided a holiday meal for the teachers and faculty, and has made a commitment to the library renovations. We could not do all of this without all of you!

Next year we hope to come back BIGGER and BETTER! 
As our largest fundraising of the year to support our kids, teachers, and the school, we will need your help next year! Start thinking how about how you want to pitch in. 


We are organized into committees to better delegate and keep track of tasks that need to be done. Check out the committee's descriptions below and sign up here!

The Volunteer Committee will consist of a parent representative from each grade level responsible for contacting parents from their grade. We hope this helps to reach out to previously excluded individuals and promotes participation by a wide variety of individuals.

The Donations Committee is responsible for managing all donations from the Solicitation Committee, Classroom Basket Committee, InBev, teacher lottery tickets, special raffle, and priceless experiences.

Solicitation Committee volunteers are responsible for following up on previous donors, seeking out new donors, and soliciting local and national businesses/organizations. There are several different volunteer opportunities on the committee which are separated by geographic area or type of solicitation.

The Classroom Basket Committee is responsible for organizing and wrapping all baskets donated by each grade-level classroom.

The Marketing & Design Committee is responsible for providing all marketing and printed materials for Trivia Night.

The Games Committee is responsible for organizing all games for Trivia Night, including Dead or Alive, Heads or Tails, Bear Squares Board, and the Purse Game.

The Supplies Committee is responsible for organizing, cleaning, and ordering all supplies needed for Trivia Night such as raffle tickets, auction frames, programs, and miscellaneous supplies. 

The Trivia Night Committee is responsible for the day-of coordination of Trivia Night. This includes transporting donations to the banquet hall, set-up, running the event, and clean-up.
